Mindfully Serving Mothers & Families

ABOUT SARAH CHU

For close to a decade, Sarah walked alongside mothers as a speech therapist to navigate through seasons of growth and fast transitions. She quickly learned that the heart of a mother is to hold on to the sweet, in-between moments of life that seem to pass quickly through the early years.

She now stands behind the lens, creating a restful pause for mothers & families who wish to memorialize the moments that build up their heritage. She combines an editorial and photojournalistic approach to produce images that have storytelling and emotion-provoking elements and hopes that your visual love letter will be passed down for years to come…

Kind ✉︎ Words

  • "...The word that summarizes this experience is thankful..."

Thankful that you were our photographer, thankful that we were able to capture this milestone moment, thankful that it went well…I wouldn’t say that I’m the most sentimental or best at capturing moments and regretted that so many times. So to be able to have this to hold onto and look back at, I’m really thankful for that.

Real Connection

"a successful session is the result of a genuine connection between the photographer and client"

I am committed to providing an exceptional, tailor-made client experience. To achieve this wholeheartedly, I am limited to scheduling only 1-2 sessions per week. So whether you are curious or ready to jump in, let’s get to know each other & make sure we’re a good fit.

As soon as you submit an inquiry, you will receive a pricing guide and a scheduler to book a discovery call. This is when I learn what makes your family unique and understand your needs. And if you’re ready to jump in, we’ll begin collaborating towards our seamless, stress-free session…

natural - thoughtful - nostalgic - graceful - storytelling - joyful
